Created by Braden and Yasmin Wages, and inspired by the success of Malai Kitchen, Brya Zan was created to give guests easier, quicker access to the dishes they crave most, made to order from the freshest ingredients. Every dish can be infinitely modified to make a personalized meal to accommodate any allergy or preference.
We recommend ordering online for quicker service upon arrival, or take advantage of the mobile order drive-through lane. For those able to stay a while, we invite you to enjoy our lively dining room, bar seating, or open-air patio.
